Regular Cleaning (Weekly or Fortnightly)

  • From $139 minimum booking (covers the first 2 hours)
  • Additional time available at $66 per hour

Perfect for households that want consistent upkeep and a fresh home on a weekly or fortnightly basis. These cleans are lighter, quicker to maintain, and we pass those savings on to you.

One-Off or Monthly Cleaning

  • From $149 minimum booking (covers the first 2 hours)
  • Additional time available at $72.50 per hour

Designed for homes that require less frequent service or a one-time refresh. These cleans usually take a little longer, and our pricing reflects the extra detail and effort required.

Commercial Cleaning

  • From $139 minimum booking (covers the first 2 hours)
  • Additional time available at $66 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling for daily, weekly, or fortnightly service
  • Please note: Commercial pricing may vary for early morning or late evening cleans

NDIS & Insurance Packages

  • We provide services under the NDIS (self and plan-managed participants)
  • Insurance cleaning packages available for clients needing approved services
  • Pricing follows the same clear hourly structure, with documentation and invoices provided for compliance

Important Information

  • 2-Hour Minimum – All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours
  • Hours Are Per Cleaner – If two cleaners attend for 2 hours, this equals 4 total hours of service
  • GST Included – All prices shown are inclusive of GST
  • Insurance Cover – Public liability insurance is included with every service
  • Trusted Team – All staff are police-checked, fully trained, and supported by JTS Cleaning Co policies.
  • Consistency Matters – Regular clients will have the same cleaner or small team wherever possible.
  • After-Hours Service – Commercial cleans outside standard hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) may attract a surcharge.
  • Specialist Packages – NDIS and insurance cleaning packages are available, with all compliance paperwork and invoicing provided
